Dear valued patients,

We would like you to know that after many discussions and game planning, we have decided to keep our practices OPEN based on the recommendation of the American Dental Association. Since dental offices are equipped with the same personal protective equipment used in hospitals and we follow the same health and safety guidelines, we feel incredibly prepared to continue seeing patients, specifically emergency cases.

Unfortunately, we see so many trauma and infection cases that if we closed our doors, all emergency cases would have to go to the ER. This would not only overwhelm the hospital system, but it would also require them to use their current resources saved for those dealing with the COVID-19 virus.

Our hope is to help be part of the solution as opposed to being part of the problem.

We have adjusted some of our procedures to keep all staff and patients as safe and healthy as possible. We believe it is incredibly important to slow down the flow of traffic in the office. We have reduced our staff size and we plan on stacking appointments so that there is only one family in the office at a time. All patients will be asked to use hand sanitizer immediately upon entering the office as well as staff will be washing their hands before and after every patient they treat.

Since we have reduced our staff at this time, please be patient with us as we navigate this new way of doing things during these uncertain times.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please call our office and we’d be happy to assist you.

Thank you,

Treasured Teeth Team
